Dr. Tebid brings decades of work alongside individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities — first as a foster and companion care provider, later as an HHSC Behavior Support Specialist, and now as the founder of Bloemfontein Care Services. Her doctorate in Special Needs Education informs an approach that pairs evidence-based behavioral support with deep, person-first compassion.
